Billing, licenses and subscriptions are managed securely by Freemius, our merchant of record.

Sign in to the customer portal

View invoices, update your payment method, switch between monthly and annual billing, or cancel your subscription. Sign in with the email you used at checkout.

Open customer portal

Find your license key

Your key was emailed to you after purchase and is always available in the customer portal. To activate: open Anvil Weather → Settings → Account → paste the key → Activate.

Moving to a new computer?

In the app on the old machine, open Settings → Account and hit Deactivate to free the slot, then activate on the new one. Lost the old machine? Deactivate devices from the customer portal.

Need help?

Billing questions (refunds, receipts, plan changes) are handled by Freemius support directly from the portal. For app problems, contact support@anvilweather.app.
