FAQ
Do I need an account to use the free tier?
No. Download, install, and you're looking at live radar. An account is created automatically when you subscribe to Pro (managed by Freemius, our merchant of record).
How do I activate Pro?
After checkout you'll get a license key by email. In the app, open Settings → Account, paste the key, and hit Activate. Manage billing anytime from the account page.
How many devices can I use?
Your license covers your personal devices; you can deactivate a device from the app to free a slot.
Where does the data come from?
NEXRAD Level 2/3 via the NOAA open data program on AWS, NWS API warnings, SPC products, GOES satellite/lightning and HRRR model data.
